So here’s a little glimpse into a huge workout I did today, and will repeat again later this week. It’s focus is primarily power and strength. I call this my “Super Back, Boulder Shoulder, Bionic Bicep Power and Strength Workout.“ The exercises in this workout are: Kettlebell OH Swing w/ 1/2 Turn, Bent Over DB Row w/ Lateral Walks, Single Arm Olympic Bar RDL, Farmer’s Walk, Double Arm Kettlebell Cleans, Bicep Swing Curl w/ Front Step, Pike Shoulder Press, Cable Spidermans, and Cable Bicep Curl w/ Side Steps.Берите пример...
