200 hot air balloons in Mexico for annual festival

Some 200 hot-air balloons from 23 nations are prepared for the 15th International Festival of Hot-Air Balloon opening on Nov. 18 in Leon, Mexico’s north-central state of Guanajuato. The 4-day event convenes contestants from the United States, Canada, Australia, Russia, Philippines and Spain. The festival used to attract some 500,000 visitors from across the world on annual basis.
