Ships of the Russian Navy, the Chinese Navy and Iran have begun to carry out the tasks of the international naval exercise “Maritime Security Belt-2024“ in the Gulf of Oman The main goal is to work out the safety of maritime economic activity. During the exercise, the three countries will jointly maneuver and fire at surface and air targets. They will also work out the elements for the liberation of a ship captured by pirates.
