🇬🇧 Let’s calm down and give our bodies some love. ♥︎ This #FullBodyStretchingRoutine works perfectly as a cool down after any kind of workout and as a quick morning and night stretch you can do it also on rest days! We stretch our back, hamstrings, thighs, booty, abs, arms, work on our spine and hip mobility and increase our overall flexibility. To be honest, I skip stretching veeery often which is bad for my muscles and joints. Since I train a lot, I notice that my muscles get stiff when I am not stretching after my workouts.
