Fraser Island fire: massive blaze on World Heritage-listed site burns for six weeks

Holidaymakers have been asked to stay away from Queensland’s Fraser Island, or K’gari, as authorities struggle to control a huge bushfire that has been burning for six weeks. The fire has been raging through the World Heritage site, destroying hectares of forest.
