IMMORTALS OF AVEUM Exclusive Gameplay (No Commentary) 4K 60FPS Ultra HD 🌟 DESCRIPTION🌟 Special thanks to EA for allowing us to play and Capture at Summer Games Fest Play Days yesterday! So I played for about an hour. I cut out some deaths and some moments of being lost. They immediately drop us into Chapter 3 of the game, so this was my first experience with any mechanics and controls of the game. A bit jarring at first. I also got to start Chapter 8 which I included in the second half of the video, but only did about 10 minutes before my time ran out. My general thoughts on the game: There’s a lot left to be desired here. The story and world feels generic so far, although I leave my judgment until I play the full game. Again, I start here on Chapter 3 so I was missing a lot of context. The game looked beautiful in person, but I do feel the particle effects are too much. They look great, but they made combat so frenetic it was unenjoyable half the time. it’s difficult to track or observe what effect you’re having on enemies because there are so many particle effects flooding the screen. The controls themselves felt smooth and responsive, but floaty. I hope they add more of a weighted feel to them so the power of the attacks really hit. Outside of that, I can say that playing early has made me less excited for the game as opposed to the previews.
