John Cage: In a Landscape for 11 Strings-Guitar

Japanese Guitarist, Kozo Kanatani plays John Cage. NOTE: When I was tired for the music that is mass-produced as industrial waste by guitarist, I tried to arrange the another genre to find a new “realy“ guitar music. 1999-2000, as a post-romantic, I choose and arranged three pieces of John Cage’s early piano musics following: Dream, Opheria and In a Landscape. Now, it is re-arranged for 11strings guitar. I just changed few passages to octave. I think that is close to the resonance that required. You can take the score “In a Landscape for 11strings guitar“ in PDF. ~lescargot/score/ and I have recorded this on the CD. “≠Forlorne Hope / Kozo Kanatani“ 11strings guitar. with the new guitar repertories of Debussy, Satie, Purcell and Dowland.
