No title. Actors rehearse for the show “Belle of New York“ at the Daly’s Theatre in London. C/U of a passionate embrace. Woman leans back whilst a man plants a smacker on her lips. They look lovingly at each other then kiss again. Dissolve into a M/S of the scene, it is a theatre set and the director sits in the foreground. A woman rushes over to the embracing couple and the first woman runs behind her man. The second woman could be the affronted wife. The kissing girl wears very short shorts exposing a lot of leg. Various other actors stand around, a rehearsal presumably. The two women tug at the mans arms. C/U of the director tearing his hair out and shouting - throwing a tantrum. One of the actors puts his fingers in his ears. The director rants and raves. M/S of two actresses powdering their noses.
