From the first time I heard this song this is what I envisioned. Putting on my headphones, turning the volume to MAX, closing my eyes, Boston’s The Launch always evoked images of the countdown, the engines igniting, and shuttle lifting slowly from the pad, flame smoke and ash filling the air.
