Boards of Canada - Over The Horizon Radar

Over The Horizon Radar by Boards of Canada from the album Geogaddi. Edited using Splice. Geogaddi is the second album by Boards of Canada. It was released in February 2002 on three different days for each region to a large degree of anticipation. It presents a darker sound than its predecessor Music Has the Right to Children. The title of the album has no conclusive meaning; the intention is that it should be decided on by the listener. It is the most commercially successful album by the band. Over The Horizon Radar is is track number 18 on the Geogaddi album. The title refers to a design concept for radar systems to allow them to detect targets at very long ranges, typically up to thousands of kilometres. It has also been used as the theme music for David Firth’s short online flash cartoon Scribbler. I do not own the rights to this song.
