This channel is dedicated to my favorite bootlegs and my attempt to make them as listenable as possible. Crack open a few beers, light up a joint and enjoy! Here is a VG AUD recording from the Mercenaries Of Metal US Tour 1988. Today marks the 35th Anniversary of this historic performance. I have adjusted the pitch as it was too high as well as adjust the audio. This was the opening night of the tour and the band is on fire! Although the current album was not the leap forward people thought it would be, Ram It Down still has its moments and the songs translate over pretty well in a live setting. There are times where Rob Halford has some shaky moments as well as the guitars. Songs from the 70s make a suprise return such as Beyond The Realms Of Death, Sinner and The Ripper. Turbo Lover was not yet included in the setlist and instead, Johnny B. Goode is played later in the set. Overall a good sounding and enjoyable show. A must have for your Mercenaries Of Metal Tour collection! ----
