Riding the Carmelit in Haifa, Israel, shortest subway line in the world!

Haifa’s Carmelit line, opened in 1959, may be considered the shortest subway line in the world, only 6 stations, but in reality it’s an underground funicular, connecting downtown Haifa to the upper Carmel neighborhoods, overcoming an elevation difference of 270 meters.
