Royal Albatross ~ BOK & WYL Wake Up Together! Beautiful Closeups ♥

Our young albatross couple BOK (blue orange black) and her mate WYL (white yellow lime - formerly Red) wake up together after spending the night side by side one another in the grass. They share some affection and then BOK gets up to stretch her legs and wings before walking down the hill. We have some nice closeups on WYL ♥ What a handsome male WYL is!! There appears to be a minor injury just under his nostril. It is not serious and should resolve itself. I am not sure what caused it - it could be a caused by another bird or maybe WYL tangled with fishing line. Thankfully he is okay.
