side to side jacks
march with ceiling punches
lateral step with front toe touch
opposite toe touches
STRETCH
WORKOUT:
kick jacks
half squat reach up and down
elbow to opposite knee
double knees
reach and knee tap
punch and opposite butt kick
one sided jack
knee up arm pump
leg circles
plank hold with single leg raise
single leg straight leg donkey kicks
side bear crawl
COOL DOWN and STRETCH
