Sailing in a Swimming Pool - Oz Goose Sailboat first of 20 for college

First of 20 Oz Goose sailboats being built by the cadets at the Maritime College at Butuan Philippines. We are building boats ... and there is a big swimming pool! They are building 20 Oz Goose sailboats for the same cost as importing two Lasers.
