How to Sculpt the Loomis Head

It can be difficult for sculptors to get the shape of the skull correct, but we can avoid a lot of mistakes by learning about the Loomis head! In this lesson you’ll learn about the importance of the Loomis method and how to construct a Loomis head by using simple forms and measuring landmarks. Without this method you might find yourself sculpting a skull improperly which can lead to an unintentionally askew face later on.
