Six Pack! Every body loves it. (Not to mention, including me!!) Points to be noted to achieve the fantastic abs: Abdominal muscles are only a part of muscle groups in our body. Every part of the body, majorly to mention - Face, Neck, Shoulders, Arms, Back, Abs, Obliques, Gluteus, Quads, Hamstrings, Calves needs to be trained to avoid muscle imbalance and medical conditions thereby.
