Habit stacking is a term I took from the book ’Atomic Habits’ which refers to it as essentially learning a new habit by stacking it on top of a pre-existing one.
e.g. if you watch TV every night and want. to get fit, you could do 20 push-ups whilst watching the TV.
So I have basically tried to rely on this in my juggling practice - not exactly the same concept but fairly similar.
