Switzerland: ‘The white should be on top?’ US hang Russian flag upside down at Lavrov-Kerry meeting

US State Department officials were left red-faced prior to a meeting between Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and US Secretary of State John Kerry in Zurich, Wednesday, after being drawn to the fact they had hung the Russian flag upside down in the conference room.
