It began with music performances in Paris, and today it counts events in more than 120 countries all over the globe. International Yoga Day was initiated in 2015 by the United Nations General Assembly. It focuses on the importance of yoga in our lives as a physical, mental, and spiritual practice that originated in India. Both are marked by the summer solstice, celebrated in honor of Apollo, the God of the lyre in ancient Greece. 🎙️ Who is Maria? Theodore is the youngest brother of the Koumartzis family. Being part of the family’s endeavor since its early stage, he soon came to be an inspiring top-notch lyre player, constantly learning and experimenting with musicians around the world.
