JOHN B - “I Got A Fever (For the Lightkeeper)“ - [Escape From Tarkov Lightkeeper Lighthouse Song]

Hello my name is John B. The in-game events this week got me excited about the next Tarkov patch & the ’Lightkeeper’ Trader, so I made this song & the video over the weekend to spread a bit of love & good vibes to the Tarkov Community! If you’d like to support my work please follow (or subscribe) to my TWITCH channel: Buy my Tarkov-inspired merch at: (I wear a few of the shirts in the video!) I stream Escape From Tarkov every Monday & do Drum & Bass Music stuff with crazy visuals on Weds/Fri/Sun at 8pm UK-Time: Here’s all the links for where to listen to this song outside of YouTube etc (It will be on Spotify & Apple Music in a couple of weeks): The idea for the song popped into my head when I was out for a big walk with my wife on Saturday afternoon, my first time out in 2 weeks since finally catching ’you know what’ (excuse my scratchy voice in the song!). When I got back I cranked up the studio, got the bare bones of the beat done, then spent all day Saturday finishing the instrumental, writing the lyrics, recording it all & doing the final mix. Managed to find a suitable fisherman’s jumper & green overcoat with next-day delivery online, and I already had the hat (but took the Russian stuff off it) so the outfit was ready to roll for the main scenes. I worked all day on Bank-Holiday Monday & Tuesday on the video, using a lot of assets I’ve been building for my livestream performances, and adding a load more. After I’d laid out a rough storyboard with placeholder assets in Final Cut X I set up a green-screen studio in the living room & went back and forth recording my parts line-by line & slotting them in until it all worked. I just use the built in camera in my iPhone 12 Pro - was difficult to get it far enough away for the full body shots, you can see where I had to zoom out as the quality reduces on a few of those ones! With all the mad extra effects I add in the editing software an iPhone is good enough to film myself in front of the green screen as long as the lighting is OK. Big thanks for my tolerant wife, Magda for putting up with hearing the song a gazillion times while I worked on it & not making a fuss about the living room being covered with camera stuff all weekend! And of course a huge shout out to the ’Loft Crew’ from my Twitch livestreams - thank you for all the support - I hope you guys like song/video!! * THIS SONG IS SAFE TO PLAY ON TWITCH * ---------- SUPPORT MY MUSIC & CONTENT: Join my YouTube membership programme: Subscribe on Twitch: Donate (Triggers alert during live streams): BUY MUSIC: BUY MERCH: FOLLOW ME: DISCORD COMMUNITY: MY WEBSITES: LISTEN TO MY MUSIC ON SPOTIFY/APPLE MUSIC ETC:
