“It’s really very impressive to see our investment of 150 million USD come to life with this 60,000-square-meter factory full of all kinds of technology,” said Marc Segura, President of Swedish-Swiss ABB Robotics, who finally came to Shanghai for a 4-day visit in March, 2023, the first of its kind in three years. China is the biggest market for ABB robotics globally as 70 percent of the components that ABB installs come from this booming manufacturer.
