[AMV] Violet Evergarden - Somewhere Only we Know (Keane) - ENG sub

Since Mononoke’s AMV got to 1K views (and so fast, I’m really impressed ♥) I took of the paper one idea I was hoping to do for a long time. Violet is an anime that really touched me and my sister and became one of our favorites so it was a pleasure to do an AMV of it, specially with a song that I love that’s Somewhere Only We Know. I hope you all can enjoy it as well. This amv is not about war, so you won’t see scenes of her fighting (although I really enjoy it as well). To me the greatest thing about Violet Evergarden is showing that she made the difference in people’s lives not when she was a weapon, but when she started writing and learned about love. It’s nice to see female protagonists, but to me is even better to break the stereotypes (specially when it comes to anime) that a woman can only be respected when she is a killing angry machine without emotions.
