Do These 3 Exercises To Build Your QUADS!

In this video, I recommend 3 exercises which I have found really good when it comes to training and building quads. When doing these correctly you will really feel the contact. 1. Train your quads more often (around 3 times a week is a good pointer) 2. Prioritise leg exercises which are quad focused, rather than hamstrings or glutes. The 3 exercises are: 1. Goblet Squats 2.
