Torrential Rain Causes Bike Crashes at Road World Championships

Torrential rain led to treacherous riding conditions at the UCI Road World Championships in Yorkshire, England, Tuesday, September 24. Hungarian Attila Valter and Denmark’s Johan Price-Pejtersen crashed in spectacular, splashy fashion during their rides. Both riders were able to continue their races. (AP)
