Joe Biden rubs China the wrong way after labelling Xi Jinping a dictator

US President Joe Biden has rubbed China the wrong way after calling President Xi Jinping a dictator. The comments came after a four-hour meeting between the two leaders at the APEC Summit in San Francisco. It’s the second time the US President has made such comments in as many months. Beijing says the comments are wrong and political manipulation. The pair, however, reached agreements on resuming military communication between the two countries which has been seen as critical in trying to avoid conflict in the Indo-Pacific regions
