Drill 3: Perform 2/3 sets of 6 reps. Build up the intensity each set. Drill 3: Perform 2/3 sets of 6 reps. Build up the intensity each set. 👟In the Kicking Section the set and reps are as follow: Drill 1: perform 2 sets of 10 reps, do 3 reps on the weaker foot Drill 2: perform 2 sets of 10 reps, do 3 reps on the weaker foot Drill 3: perform 2 sets of 10 reps, do 3 reps on the weaker foot Build up the distance each set 💥In the Fitness section here are the reps and sets: Session 1: 40seconds rest 4 reps, 3mins rest, 2 to 3 sets. Repeat and build for 3/4 weeks Session 2: 30seconds rest 3 reps, 3mins rest, 2 to 3 sets.
