Visiting Sub Zero--Liquid Nitrogen Freezes Ice Cream!

Imagine watching your ice cream freeze before your eyes in seconds. While we were out of town we went to the coolest ice cream shop--we had seen them on Shark Tank, so going to their store in person was cool. you first pick if you want frozen yogurt, ice cream, lactose-free ice cream--i was so happy about this since i’m lactose intolerant-- or rice based, etc. once you pick your base and a topping or two, they use liquid nitrogen to freeze it on the spot! it was pretty awesome. and if you watch till the end, you can see the baby :) ()
