How to Create a Tonkachi Mario Disk - Famicom Disk System (Hammer Mario Hack 1987)

Tonkachi Mario was one of the, if not the very first Super Mario Bros. ROM hack. Dating back to 1987, it features brand new, rather crazy levels. It was exclusive to the Famicom Disk System and is the earliest example of ROM patching that I can find for Nintendo Hardware.
