Lost Media: The Modern Problems that Plague New Media Preservation

After decades of online stores, digital purchases, and streaming platforms, we are finally starting to see the inherent flaws with this system. New media is quickly becoming lost/inaccessible media and the customer isn’t able to do anything about it.
