Game Recap: Penguins vs. Islanders () | Kris Letang Has ANOTHER Two-Goal Game

After falling into a 2-0 hole, Sidney Crosby fired back with a power-play goal, after Islanders netminder Semyon Varlamov appeared to fall down while moving side-to-side in net. Kris Letang tied things up with his first goal of the evening just 26 seconds after Crosby’s goal. Before the middle frame was over, however, the Islanders’ Josh Bailey would score to give the Isles a lead heading into the intermission. Jared McCann, who returned to the lineup tonight, evened the score again with his shot only 18 seconds into the 3rd period. This game would require overtime, and Kris Letang answered the call once again. Letang had a two-goal game for the second time in his last four games played.
