Inspiration is weird like that XD In my head, the Tenth Doctor and Dean have a strong connection (a platonic one, although u could say all companions fall in love with the Doctor in some way). The quote I wrote is only what I was thinking could happen in a fic (could I write one in the future?). Though they are different species, they both have a huge weight on their shoulders, and have hurt people, destroyed lives, while trying to achieve something bigger. I felt that they could connect because of this.
