“There are many Motion capture technologies and education systems for fitting. Ultimately, the understanding of these or any other fit system relies on the experience and skill of the fitter.“ - Steve Nash, Adelaide Bike Fit
In this two to three hour bike fitting, Steve leverages his extensive experience to understand LGC’s discomfort issues, previous injuries, and all manner of factors that can impact overall comfort and performance on the bicycle. Numbers provided by the fitting system have some meaning, but rider feedback, and working around those numbers as a baseline ultimately determine optimal positioning / fit. This video is long, but provides a comprehensive look at what really happens with a professional level bike fitting.
Some of Steve’s former client include European World Tour riders, the Australian National Cycling Team, and countless happy customers on Google Reviews!
