New Year : Shamanic Drum Journey : Grounding 2023 : Tribal Ambient Sound Meditation Happy New Year (in the Gregorian calendar) I hope the New Year and Holiday season finds you well. I had hoped to have this sound meditation up on the 1st, but it was really challenging with recent travel across the country. I am celebrating the New Year with setting some intentions and grounding my energy. I hope this can serve as a soundtrack for your New Year’s rituals, intention setting, grounding and healing practices, or whatever you enjoy doing. I focused on some background fire sound and imagery with the intention of burning away all that does not serve going forward into the New Year.
