DVRT Functional Muscle Building Workout #2

Find out more: We often think that isolating muscles is the best way to make them grow. However, that goes against how our body is designed to function. The idea should be to build a body that looks as good as it can perform. When we think about functional training concepts that we teach in our DVRT (Dynamic Variable Resistance Training System) we can see that using powerful tools like kettlebells, bands, and Ultimate Sandbags allow us to accomplish such a lofty goal. This is the first of three functional muscle building workouts that we break down in our blog (link above). Using such tools allows us to build real world strength, muscle, and performance. We can accomplish these fitness goals with also making our body more mobile and resilient. It isn’t magic, just brining the science of functional training to life.
