Pink Floyd Another Brick In The Wall Part II Solo played on a Gibson Les Paul Goldtop 54 VOS which is identical to the guitar David Gilmour used in the original recording. Played by Bernhard Mächler. For the original recording David Gilmour used a 1955 Gibson Les Paul Gold Top guitar equipped with P-90 pick-ups played directly into the mixing desk and then gated and compressed the signal, before running it back out again and into a Mesa Boogie Mark I Amplifier which was miced up and recorded The guitar used for this cover is an exact replica of this guitar made by Gibson in the USA.
