Huge cow statue made of chocolate promotes tourism in Osorno, Chile

Sculptor Pablo Jofre and pastry chefs from Santo Tomas University in the Chilean Los Lagos region have created a 350-kilogram cow sculpture, made mostly from chocolate, in a bid to break the world record in this category. The sweet statue was presented at Sonesta de Osorno hotel as part of a festival. The President of Osorno Chamber said that ’the biggest ever chocolate cow’ event aims to promote tourism and commerce both locally and nationally.
