How to make the Hells Hundred Acres

We’re pleased to introduce you to one Soho Grand’s signature cocktails, the Hell’s Hundred Acres. Thanks to ingredients like arbol chile-infused Mezcal and fresh lime juice, this tequila-based libation is similar to a margarita, but this time with a kick. While the spicy Mezcal may give it hellish tendencies, its name comes from an old nickname for post-World War II Soho - a time when this now prominent neighborhood was more dilapidated than it was desirable.
