“Ghosts of the Past - Episode 3“ - SFM

Song: Bad Voodoo by Kreeps, from Red Dead Redemption: Undead Nightmare Buy it here: Or here: I’ve talked to the creator of this song years ago, and he was kind enough to allow me to use it, but warned that the copyright belongs to Rockstar Games. I tried contacting them, but didn’t get any reply back. I decided to still use the song, and hope that my channel doesn’t get buttfucked by a copyright claim. I’m not monetizing the video anyway, so I hope for the best. Listen to more music by Kreeps on their channel here: --- So hey, it’s February, and a new video is here! I guess I didn’t lie about the release schedule after all, didn’t I? Not entirely happy with it, the editing could be a little more tight, and animation at parts is a bit jittery, but I’m still figuring out how to work with my motion capture. The process is far less elegant than you see in all the ‘making of’ videos. Besides when I came up with the idea of this video years ago, I didn’t have motion capture in mind, so the execution seems all over the place. !Spoilers Below! I suspect some of you might be pissed about me bringing back Pyro. The reason behind this is thought through and I had this in mind back when I was working on OUTI2F. I don’t want to reveal too much, but let’s just say that if I ever finish the whole storyline, and don’t die in between making videos – it will all come together in the end. So don’t worry, it’s not cheap ‘out-of-ideas’ revival. As usual a Frog and Saxxy are hidden in the video. Also if you’re interested in staying up to date with what’s happening with my videos, schedules and delays - please consider following me on Twitter: I almost don’t post there, so don’t worry I won’t be spamming your Twitter feed. Special thanks to MaxOfS2D for guiding me through 3ds Max nightmare and providing me with rigs. Without him I wouldn’t be able to adapt my mocap to TF2. Also, thanks to Dooger who also assisted me on numerous occasions with 3ds Max. Additional SFM credits: Road maps by Zatemedek Pyro Bike by Tales Silva, Renato Corvalho Pooling Blood by Mickyan Paintable Bullet Wounds by FissionMetroid101, Hot Pocket Car Wheel Smoke particle by Tacoman_ These and the rest of the assets can be sound at SFM workshop. If I didn’t credit your creation let me know I’ll add you here. Sorry for not crediting you at the end of the video itself. Creators tend to change their Steam names and it becomes a mess later. Motion capture used: Perception Neuron
