Start with a fun, four minute warm up that wakes you up and gets you ready for this awesome 12 minute TOTAL BODY workout. It’s CARDIO and STRENGTH all in one! You’ll need Kettlebells or Dumbbells and a Jump Rope (just air skip if you don’t have one). Do one round if you’re new and push for two or three rounds if you’re a regular “sweater“.
