Tic Tac UFO over Alabama. 8/15/2023

Witness description: “I was in my driveway and looked up to watch a plane traveling across the sky. I then noticed to my East another object flying from north to south. The plane had a very long contrail, but the other object was lower but still pretty high in altitude and had no contrail whatsoever. It was a smooth white tic tac shaped object and made no sound. I pulled out my phone and started to video. I also took a couple still photographs as well.
