Easy Christmas Snowball Cookies | Only 5 Ingredients!

These 5-ingredient snowball cookies are one of the easiest Christmas cookies you can make, and they’re a crowd favorite! Soft, buttery, nutty shortbread cookies coated with powdered sugar that melt in your mouth like a snowball. They’re simple, eggless, & so festive! Also known as Mexican wedding cookies or Russian teacakes, snowballs aren’t JUST for the holidays—they’re loved around the world, for all sorts of occasions! But Christmas snowball cookies are one of my favorite holiday party desserts to serve, and they’re perfect for edible Christmas gifts. All you need for this easy snowball cookie recipe is flour, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, & your choice of nuts. I used pecans & pistachios, but feel free to make classic pecan snowball cookies, walnut snowball cookies, or even almond snowball cookies if you’d like!
