This was the first film I had a co staring role. I was also the choreographer. Jack Nitzsche, whom I became close friends with, was the musical director of this film and as well as the great visionary who cast all the musical acts on the . show as well as being the musical director. He was the right hand man of Phill Spector and work closely with the Stones. We also won an Oscar in 1983 for the song co-writing “Up Where We Belong“ (from An Officer and a Gentleman.)
