Today we are going to nourish our feet! We don’t work them often enough, just expecting them to work. So let’s take the time today, to stretch & strengthen those feet! It is not a classical workout, as we are not going to feel a burn or burst into sweat. Instead, in this workout we will gently stretch and strengthen our feet. They deserve it, since they carry us trough life! We often underestimate the role our feet play when doing sports or in any other daily activity. Strong and healthy feet are the base we walk and stand upon It is such a short video, you can squeeze it in between workouts or after you get up or before you go to bed.
