John Black talks about living with COPD and the effects on both his physical and mental health. His wife Viv describes what it’s like helping to care for John. Both John and Viv would like a better standard of discharge information after stays in hospital - which is the subject of a programme of work led by the Innovation Agency, developing a discharge care bundle to improve the care of patients with COPD.
