Mobilize - Partikel

released October 17, 2012 by Particles Mobilize is not a producer easily placed in a neat and tidy genre box. Adding to an ever-burgeoning portfolio of sounds and styles and with an eclectic sonic palette and impressive production techniques, the Russian native has a string of releases under his belt for Apollo, Particles and his own Mobilisiemusik imprint so far in 2012. The latter also doubles as the name of the Mobilize show on Proton Radio. After the release of the ’Evening Kisses’ EP earlier in the summer, Particles now turns its attention to two fresh new remixes of Mobilize’s ’Partikel’, which originally debuted on the 2012 Winter Particles compilation. With a forthcoming release on Proton entitled ’Cleaning Day’ and a recent remix of Nick Stoynoff’s ’Brandenberg’, Magitman has had an illustrious career over the last half decade. With in excess of 200 track credits to his name, Igal Magitman has been responsible for high profile releases on labels such as Plusquam, Baroque and Twisted Frequency. Featuring a penchant for a typically tight groove, Magitman delivers a bouncing, rhythmic gem of a remix for Mobilize. Rich in percussive textures to make the body move, sublime melodies provide a wonderful atmospheric counterpoint to the hypnotic floor-shaking groove. Sandji was the producer of ’Lazy Days’, the first full EP release on the Particles label in 2008. Since then Sandji has been responsible for a number of releases on the likes of Apollo, A Must Have and Silk Textures. Reflecting his passion for ’crisp beats, deep bass and subtle melodies’, Sandji’s approach to ’Partikel’ is a bewitching combination of beautiful hypnotic riffs and melodies, shuffling hi-hats and high-quality instrumentation to provide a thoughtful and highly considered vibe. This is high-class music. With two quality remixes, Mobilize hits full ’Partikel’ acceleration.
