Standing Strength & Cardio Workout | Sculpt & Sweat with Weights

Build a stronger, leaner, you with this combination strength & cardio workout that will help you slash calories with out having to get up and down off the floor. You’ll need a variety of dumbbells to complete this workout. I used a set of 5kg/11Lbs & 7kg/ dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level. How it’s done: There are 7 Supersets to work through. Complete the strength exercise for 2 sets of 45 secs work/15 secs rest.
