HD Soviet October Revolution Parade, 1975 Парад 7 Ноября

This is the parade on Moscow’s Red Square devoted to the 58th anniversary of the Great October Socialist Revolution, 7 November 1975. This parade would be the final one for Soviet Marshal Andrei Grechko (whom passed away the following April). It would also be the first parade to feature a greatly scaled back display of military technologies and vehicles (only wheeled vehicles). Taking the salute is Soviet Defense Minister, Marshal of the Soviet Union Andrei Grechko. Commanding the parade is commander of the Moscow Military District, Colonel General Vladimir Govorov. Music performed by the Combined Orchestra of the Moscow Garrison conducted by Major General Nikolai Nazarov (his last parade before retirement). Like me on Facebook:
