Hello! I’ve been drinking raspberry leaf tea for awhile now and its done wonders! Its taken more as a preventative rather that a cure for cramps. If i drink it every day, thinking about it like a medicine, then i have minimal to no cramps! I usually have incredibly painful cramps so its pretty incredible that without modern medicine i can alleviate them! I wanted to add more herbs and make a blend so i can get added benefits. I decided to add lady’s mantle to help alleviate pain and reduce excessive bleeding. This plant has long been known as one of the best herbs for womens health. Nettles are highly nourishing and rich in minerals and vitamins. Because cramps are often associated with a mineral deficiency, nettles can help replenish them. I added chamomile because its an antipasmodic herb, meaning it will help reduce pain.(also its delicious! 😉) And then i added lavender for relaxation, relieving pain and for taste. For this blend I didnt measure out the herbs, I just did it by eye. But if you wanted an idea of how to make a small batch yourself I would say: 🌿 1 cup ladys mantle 1 cup raspberry leaf 1 cup chamomile 1/2 cup nettle 1/4 cup lavender Chapters 00:00 Preview 00:17 Breakfast :) 1:04 Bible Study 2:03 Bullet Journal Setup 4:50 Narnia? 5:33 Making a tea blend for PMS 7:04 Reading of course ;) #slowlivingvlog #slowliving #aestheticvlog
