Upper Body Kettlebell Workout

In this 30 minute Upper Body Kettlebell Workout we will go through each muscle group of the upper body such as chest, back, shoulder, biceps and triceps. There will be 28 exercises in total, we will perform each exercise for 40 seconds long and with 20 seconds rest in between. You can simply increase the intensity of this workout by using more weight(s) with the exercises or/and by adding extra rounds to the workout. In this workout I’m using 12kg, 16kg and 20 kg kettlebells of KettlebellKings : Please find below the script of today’s workout: 1. One Arm Elevated Push Up (R) 2. One Arm Elevated Push Up (L) 3. Single Arm Decline Chest Press (R) 4. Single Arm Decline Chest Press (L) 5. Narrow Grip Push Up 6. Narrow Grip Chest Press 7. Single Arm Fly (R) 8. Single Arm Fly (L) 9. Bent-Over Row 10. Single Arm Row (R) 11. Single Arm Row (L) 12. Pullover 13. Hover Press 14. Eccentric Take Over Row 15. Single Arm Back Pull (R) 16. Single Arm Back Pull (L) 17. Single Arm Overhead Press (R) 18. Single Arm Overhead Press (L) 19. Upright Row 20. Seated Push & Pull 21. Double Grip Overhead Press 22. Explosive Upright Row To Overhead Press 23. Single Arm Curl (R) 24. Single Arm Curl (L) 25. Double Concentration Curl 26. Triceps Overhead Extension 27. Lying Triceps Extension 28.
